Advising a multinational large capitalisation client on corporate restructuring with an accrued monetary value of about EUR1 billion.

 

Advising early stage companies on all relevant legal aspects, including business strategy, corporate structure, IP, HR and deal making.

 

Representing technology companies in doing international business worldwide with an accrued monetary value of more than EUR750 million, where required in conjunction with local counsel to co-ordinate parallel actions.

 

Advising clients on multiple mid and large cap investments and related financing with an accrued monetary value of more than EUR1 billion.

 

Representing a multinational client on secondary buyouts of a technology company in The Netherlands.

 

Representing several technology companies in their M&A and IPO plans as hands-on lead manager, including vendor management on corporate finance, tax, accounting and communication.
